HOW TO CANCEL REDBUS TICKET?

You’re canceling your ticket. I hope everything is alright.

Go to redbus.in
Click on Manage Booking & Select Cancel
Enter your Ticket Number & Email and click on Select Passengers.
Select passenger and click on cancel.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE REDBUS TICKET?

Note: A rescheduled ticket cannot be canceled/reschedule again as per the redBus policy

Go to redBus.in
Click on Change Travel Date
Enter your Ticket Number & Email and click on Search.
Now select the available buses and choose your seat.
If the fare is more then make the payment and you are done

TICKET CANCELLED – WHAT NEXT?

Once the ticket is canceled your refund will reflect in the same account used to make this booking within 5 to 7 Bank working days, in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

You will receive a mail notification for a canceled ticket.
Check with the redBus customer support if the ticket is canceled or not.

TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY EXPIRED?

IF the cancellation time of your ticket is expired then you won’t be able to cancel redBus ticket. Please note, that on every confirmed ticket, the cancellation policy would be mentioned.
